Outstanding Leadership Reward
Ethan Ward
Earn a reward when a member you invited directly reaches a qualifying Agent Rank. Rewards are available for each qualifying direct referral, with no limit on the number of rewards.
Rewards by rank
Direct Layer 1 means someone you personally invited.
| Direct referral’s Agent Rank | Your reward |
|---|---|
| Operator | $50 |
| Veteran | $180 |
| Elite | $400 |
| Master | $900 |
| Legend | $1,600 |
Who can claim
Your own Agent Rank must be at least as high as the rank your direct referral reached. A reward stays locked while your rank is lower and unlocks when you reach the required rank.
Example
When a direct referral reaches Operator, you can claim $50 if you are Operator or higher. If you are a Rookie, the $50 stays locked until you reach Operator or higher.
